The Nashville Sounds' series opener against Las Vegas last night was postponed due to unplayable field conditions at Greer Stadium resulting from yesterday afternoon's rain.

The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader today beginning at 2 p.m. The doubleheader will consist of two seven-inning contests.

Ticket holders for last night's game will be able to redeem those tickets for any remaining Sounds home game, pending availability, with the exception of the June 14 game against Albuquerque.

Today's pitchers: Sounds RHP Ben Hendrickson (1-3, 4.54 ERA) and LHP Jeff Housman (1-1, 3.97). 51s RHP Edwin Jackson (2-2, 7.06) and RHP Pat Mahomes (2-1, 2.72).
